Common troubleshooting methods for floor scrubbers:
① The floor scrubber does not absorb water/the water is not absorbed cleanly
1. Is the machine working (listen to the sound)
2. Check whether the sewage tank cover and the sewage pipe cover are tightly closed.
3. Check whether the filter float is reset.
4. Check whether the sewage suction pipe is detached and whether the sewage suction port is blocked
5. Check whether the rubber strip is at a 45-degree angle to the ground and whether the rubber strip is severely worn
6. Check the fuse (check whether it is black or disconnected in the middle)
② The brush plate of the floor scrubber does not rotate
1. Check whether the battery is charged or the voltage is too low
2. Check whether the switch is normal and whether the circuit is disconnected
3. Check whether the fuse is burnt black or burned
4. Check whether the motor is damaged.
③ The floor scrubber does not produce water/the water output is small
1. Check whether the filter is blocked
2. Check whether the solenoid valve is working (unplug the pipes at both ends to check)
3. Is the drain valve open or blocked
4. Is the water tank outlet blocked
④ The whole floor scrubber is out of power
1. Check whether the emergency stop switch rebounds
2. Check whether the main line fuse is normal (check whether it is black or disconnected in the middle)
3. Check whether the key lock is normal
4. Check whether the battery has voltage
5. Check whether the key switch is damaged (short circuit test can be performed)
⑤ The floor scrubber does not move
1. Check whether the electromagnetic brake has returned to its original position
2. Check the flashing frequency of the indicator light on the controller to determine the fault
3. Check whether the battery has voltage or the voltage is too low
4. Check whether the accelerator pedal line is short-circuited or broken
5. Check whether the travel motor line is broken
